What is your turnaround time?

Current turnaround time is approximately 2-3 weeks unless otherwise noted on the product listing. 

Do you offer custom embroidery? 

Yes! Custom embroidery is one of my favorite things to create. Contact me for custom requests. 

Can I choose thread colors and fonts?

Absolutely. Available options will be listed on each product page. 

Do you accept returns? 

Because items are personalized, custom orders cannot be returned unless there is an error on my part.

Do you offer local pickup? 

Yes! Local pickup is available for customers in the area. 

When will preorder items ship?

Preorder turnaround times are listed within each product description. DO NOT check out with preorder items and RTS items or they will all ship together with the preorder items.
